Restrained elegance and timeless design, translate into a contemporary comfort. This project involved refurbishment of existing furniture to create a new living room and a bespoke sit-out with intricately designed landscape detail for the family. A subtle fusion of past and present, in which new textures and classic elements find each other ​. 

The living room had a collection of traditional looking sofa sets which we retained to refurbish. Use of textured and woven material for the upholstery made the sofa look modern in an interesting contrast to its classic style body. It also brought a necessary casual and warm look to the living room- made it look more welcoming.  

Another interesting area we worked on was the sit-out area, which was turned into serene relaxation lounge. Retaining the cane furniture with hot pink cushions, we painted a wall in turquoise as a backdrop to a tranquil Buddha statue. For the best natural ambience, vertical gardens were created on two sides complimenting the contemporary pergola.
